Job description
21st Century Home Health Services Inc. is seeking a Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST) to provide skilled services in Elk Grove and surrounding areas. You will assist patients with speech, breathing, and swallowing functions, while acting as an educator and advocate within an interdisciplinary care team.
This role offers flexible schedules, competitive compensation ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 yearly, and outstanding benefits including health insurance and a 401k with a match. Candidates with a CA Speech Therapist License and home health care experience are strongly preferred.
