Job description
21st Century Home Health Services seeks a Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist to join our field-based team serving Oakland and surrounding areas. You will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders in patients' homes, working alongside an interdisciplinary care team.
Applicants must hold an unrestricted CA license with BLS/CPR, a valid CA driver's license, and be capable of independent, compassionate care.
