Job description
Empatia, part of Gentiva, seeks an experienced Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced, home-based palliative care. You will work autonomously under the supervision of the Palliative Medical Director, developing and adjusting care plans while coordinating with families and the care team.
