Job description
Touchstone Health in San Antonio, TX, seeks an experienced registered nurse to join our hospice team. This highly autonomous role offers a 7-on/7-off schedule (Friday to Friday, 5:00 PM–8:00 AM with every other weekend days/nights), allowing focused patient care and meaningful time off.
You will assess patients, develop and revise care plans, and coordinate with the care team. RN license in Texas and strong clinical skills are required; travel to patient homes is expected.
