Job description
VITAS Healthcare in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced home care RN to provide compassionate hospice care in patients' homes, helping manage comfort and dignity at the end of life.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, typically visiting 4–6 patients daily, and you’ll educate families on comfort-focused options while upholding the VITAS standard of care and professionalism.
