Job description
VITAS Healthcare in Texas is seeking a dedicated registered nurse (RN) to provide compassionate end-of-life care to hospice patients in their homes. You will assess needs, manage comfort, and build meaningful connections with patients and families.
As a valued member of the interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with social workers, physicians, chaplains, and other nurses, guiding care decisions at the bedside while upholding dignity and comfort on the patient's journey.
