Job description
Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide end-of-life care in patients' homes in the Waterford area. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and travel within the territory.
The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, manage symptoms, and develop care plans with an interdisciplinary team, while educating families and ensuring empathetic, high-quality care.
