Job description
Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, autonomous role in a skilled nursing facility. You’ll manage your own panel, provide primary and episodic care, and coordinate with physicians, specialists, and facility staff to keep care seamless.
Shifts are 6 hours (7–10 a.m. rounds) with no on-call or overnights. Chart from home, with productivity-based pay up to $624/day, plus a retention incentive up to $50,000 and
