Job description
Curana Health, Inc. seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver proactive, relationship-based primary care to seniors in skilled nursing and senior living communities.
You will practice with autonomy, supported by experienced physicians and a tech-forward care model. In this role, you’ll travel between facilities, build trust with residents and families, and contribute to reducing hospitalizations while improving outcomes.
