Job description
Optimal Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and consultative geriatric care, often in patients' homes or care settings, with autonomy to focus on high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
This role requires board-certified NP/PA with current state license, plus willingness to travel within the Saginaw/Tawas City area; you will collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the care team in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
