Job description
Pine Park Health in the East Bay San Francisco area seeks an experienced, independently licensed NP (CA NP-103) to join our growing team. This role emphasizes practicing at the top of the license, autonomously managing a panel of complex older adults within a value-based primary care model.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, travel within the East Bay, and have the autonomy to influence patient outcomes while delivering high-quality care.
