Job description
Ennoble Care in New Jersey (Essex County region) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision and care for a diverse patient population with chronic diseases.
You will perform physical exams, develop care plans, and coordinate with an in-house clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.
