Job description
Fortis Care is seeking an experienced Physiatry Advanced Practice Provider to join our Savannah facility as a 1099 independent contractor. You will round with a partner SNF, evaluate barriers to recovery, and perform injections and spasticity management to restore therapy participation.
You will build and own a patient panel, coordinate with therapy and nursing teams, and be rewarded for productive RVU-driven days, with no cap on volume.
