Job description
Fulton Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services to residents in our facility. You will conduct screenings, develop and manage treatment plans, discharge planning, and supervise PTAs and rehab techs in line with state practice acts.
