Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a Nurse Practitioner, APRN, or Physician Assistant to provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant at designated SNFs or post-acute centers in Lake City, FL. The role involves collaborating with therapy teams and PCPs to improve patient independence.
