Job description
Iconic Care Support Services in Farmington, Utah, seeks a full-time Physiatry (PM&R) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide independent, on-site care at contracted facilities.
You will round at 1–3 skilled nursing facilities, managing 27–30 patients daily, with joint injections and rehab-focused interventions as needed. A DEA license and PA/NP licensure are required, with benefits and competitive salary offered.
