Job description
Gilder Search Group is seeking an autonomous PMHNP to serve as the medical cornerstone of a community mental health team. In a 36-hour work-week, you will perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and medical consultation for adults with serious mental illness directly in the community.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, conduct field visits to homes and shelters, and ensure high-quality, relationship-based care with robust EMR documentation and compliance.
