Job description
Lykos Medical LLC, part of Brigade Health and its Affiliates, is seeking a Physician Assistant or PMHNP-BC to provide autonomous, relationship-centered care to seniors in their homes and communities.
You will manage your own patient panel with support from a collaborative team, expanding dementia and chronic disease expertise while growing your practice and contributing to high-quality, personalized care.
