Job description
UCR Health in Southern California seeks a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to manage a diverse patient panel in Corona or Chino Hills. The NP works with a supervising physician, taking histories, performing exams, interpreting labs, and implementing ambulatory treatment with clinical autonomy.
Responsibilities include patient education on health maintenance and diabetes, preventive care, and coordinating with MAs and physicians to ensure smooth care flow.
