Job description
Frontier Direct Care in Dallas–Fort Worth/Texas is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-time primary care. You will lead a defined patient panel, perform a range of procedural care, and work with a collaborating physician and Medical Director.
Expect 30–60 minute visits and a supportive, autonomous clinic environment. You’ll manage chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and document all visits in our EHR while participating in team meetings and mentorship
