Job description
STR's Analytics & C2 Division is seeking an Autonomy Algorithms Lead Software Engineer to lead architecture and delivery of autonomous algorithms for unmanned platforms. The role is based in Woburn, MA or Arlington, VA with a hybrid, remote-friendly setup.
You will guide a tight team through the full software and system development lifecycle, developing tools for mission planning, automated control, and autonomous reasoning using ML, control theory, and CI/CD practices.
