Job description
Fox Rehabilitation is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for Winter Garden, FL to provide one-on-one home and senior living care under the Geriatric House Calls model. You’ll evaluate, treat, and document patient care in private residences or communities, with a schedule you help design.
This role emphasizes autonomy, strong patient relationships, and the use of telehealth when appropriate. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in ongoing education and career growth
