SkyBridge Luxury is partnering with a rapidly growing luxury event production company to identify an experienced AV Production Sales Manager with a strong background in large-scale live events, audiovisual production, and new business development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who understands the technical and creative complexities of live event production and has a proven ability to develop relationships, generate new business, and sell sophisticated production solutions.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing the technical requirements of a corporate general session, the creative vision behind an immersive event experience, or the staging, lighting, sound, and production needs of a large-scale entertainment event.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and revenue growth across corporate meetings, conferences, live entertainment, and large-scale special events.
Build and maintain relationships with meeting planners, corporate clients, event producers, agencies, venues, and other key decision-makers.
Sell comprehensive live event production solutions, including audiovisual services, staging, lighting, sound, video, content, and technical production.
Consult with clients to understand their event objectives, creative vision, technical requirements, and budgets.
Collaborate with internal production, creative, and technical teams to develop customized proposals and production solutions.
Lead the sales process from initial prospecting and relationship development through proposal presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate repeat business.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, production technologies, and competitive market opportunities.
Represent the company professionally at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven success in audiovisual sales, live event production sales, or technical production business development.
Strong understanding of large-scale event production, including staging, lighting, audio, video, and show production.
Experience selling complex production solutions for corporate meetings, conferences, entertainment events, or other large-scale productions.
Established relationships within the corporate meetings, live events, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new business, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue goals.
Ability to communicate confidently with experienced meeting planners, event producers, and technical production professionals.
Strong commercial acumen, including experience developing proposals, understanding production budgets, and managing profitable client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as business needs require.
