Join us at ALOFT AeroArchitects and let's take aviation to new heights!Aviation Maintenance SchedulerThe Aviation Maintenance Scheduler independently maintains portions of project schedules and supports cross-functional coordination. This role builds executable schedules for defined scopes, monitors progress and contributes to schedule accuracy and reliability.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in supporting Sales with schedule inputs for customer proposals and bidsDevelop and maintain schedules for assigned projects or work scopesPartner with program management, planning and operations to build realistic, executable schedulesMonitor progress against baselines and analyze schedule variancesAssist in providing schedule forecasts, risk assessments and project updatesAssist in continuously improving enterprise scheduling processes and workflows for greater efficiency and accuracyComplete required training and recurrent requirementsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision1-3 years' experience in scheduling or project planningProficiency with scheduling tools and methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar scheduling toolsExperience in aerospace, manufacturing or project-driven environments preferredLanguage SkillsRead, write, and understand the English language.Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret technical procedures and manuals.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsNone.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
