Job Description Job Description About ATI Aviation ATI Aviation is a premier FAA-certified aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company specializing in commercial and military aircraft landing gear. We restore flight-critical components that help keep aircraft flying safely around the world.
Position Summary Seeking an experienced Aviation Maintenance Technician to overhaul, inspect, repair, assemble, and test aircraft landing gear and related components. This is component overhaul, not airline line maintenance. Every project requires craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
Primary Responsibilities Overhaul aircraft landing gear and related components
Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble assemblies
Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems
Read and interpret CMMs, engineering drawings, and technical manuals
Perform work in accordance with FAA regulations and approved technical data
Complete accurate maintenance documentation
Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area
Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate a plus
5+ years of aircraft maintenance or overhaul experience preferred
FAA Part 145 Repair Station experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Authorized to work in the United States
Pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening and background check.
