Job description
Garmin Ltd. is seeking a full-time Human Factors UX Engineer to join our team in Santa Monica, California. The successful candidate will lead the design and development of intuitive user experiences for aviation products while applying human-centered design principles.
Responsibilities include conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring that product designs meet safety and usability standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors or a related field and relevant experience in user research.
