Job TitleWeekend Night Auditor (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)Responsibilities• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner• Check guests in and out with efficiency• Answer phones in a professional manner• Transferring calls or take messages when necessary• Accurately process credit card transactions safely and securely• Communicate with guest about any problems/complaints and determine the best form of action to resolve• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent service• Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsOpera PMS Experience RequiredAt least one year of experience working at a hotel front desk guest services agent, or night auditor guest service agent.Skills: communication, light computer, reading and writing, basic math, problem solving.Having a flexible schedule including weekends and/or holidays
