Job description
LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking an AVP to own the enterprise control plane for agentic technologies and AI platforms.
You will define governance, risk management, and operational controls enabling secure adoption of enterprise AI and future machine-operated technologies across teams. The role requires deep product leadership, collaboration with engineering and security teams, and experience translating policy into scalable platform capabilities.
