Job description
Barclays Americas is seeking an AVP Contract Services Distribution Negotiator to lead complex derivatives documentation negotiations and independently manage a diverse portfolio. You will partner with clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes, covering due diligence, netting opinions, and enforceability reviews.
Role requires strong ISDA negotiation experience, CSA/IM/VM knowledge, and ability to navigate regulatory considerations within a global bank.
