Aon is seeking an Assistant Vice President/Broker II within its Financial Services Group in New York. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic risk management solutions for large, global clients, including design, marketing, and service management of insurance programs.

You will build and manage client relationships, negotiate with carriers, and guide junior staff, with a focus on complex accounts and growth of the personal book of business.
