AECOM is seeking an AVP, SW Dams & Hydropower Department Manager to lead our practice across Arizona, Utah, and Southern California. The role will be based in one of those regions and will require growing the department, managing staff, and coordinating with clients and business development teams.
The candidate will oversee design, engineering, and construction activities for dams and related structures, ensuring safe, high-quality project delivery while advancing our regional water capabilities.
