Job description
Ares Management Corporation seeks an experienced Associate Vice President to join the ACI team focused on financial reporting in New York.
You will oversee SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), prepare fund reporting deliverables, disclosures, and collaborate with fund finance, accounting, legal and auditors in a fast-paced environment.
Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and CPA preferred to support complex transactions and reporting improvements.
