Job description
The University of Minnesota Foundation (UMF) seeks an Associate Vice President to lead major gifts strategy within CFANS. This senior leadership role connects the core fundraising team with alumni relations, stewardship, and annual giving to advance college priorities.
You will partner with senior leaders to design multi-layered solicitation plans, cultivate high-potential donors, and build blended portfolio approaches across units.
