Job description
Virtua Health in New Jersey seeks an experienced Assistant Vice President of Anesthesia to provide leadership and strategic direction for anesthesia services across five hospitals.
This role partners with physicians, CRNAs, and hospital leaders to improve quality, safety, and OR performance while scaling access and operational excellence.
As AVP, you will lead cost-effective care delivery, drive strategic initiatives, and mentor a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic health system.
