Job description
Somatus, a leading provider of outcomes-driven care for chronic conditions, seeks an AVP, Senior Counsel to draft, negotiate, and advise on complex health-plan and government contracts. You will lead contract reviews, manage risks, and support cross-functional teams across Compliance, Finance and Operations.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in health-care law, a JD, an active license, and deep knowledge of HIPAA, Stark and False Claims Act, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
