Job description
State Employees Credit Union in New Mexico seeks an AVP Special Assets to manage troubled commercial loans and risk monitoring under the Chief Lending Officer. You will develop plans to restore repayment, restructure or recover value, coordinating with lending, credit, finance, legal and compliance teams.
The role requires leadership in asset quality, CECL considerations, and reporting, with oversight for collateral, workouts, and regulatory compliance. Travel may be required.
