Job description
The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center seeks an Associate Vice President, Talent Recruitment to lead enterprise-wide recruitment, including physician, executive, and professional hiring. You will drive scalable processes, on-board top talent, and guide strategic workforce planning.
You will coach leaders, monitor analytics, and partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliant practices while advancing HR strategy across the institution. Hybrid onsite/remote work is available.
