Job description
Greenprint Capital is seeking an Associate Vice President to join its Tax Credit Transfer team, focusing on facilitating purchase and sale of ITCs and PTCs across the firm’s renewable energy portfolio. Location in St. Louis, MO is preferred but not required.
The role primarily supports drafting and negotiation of term sheets and transfer agreements, assembling project diligence for purchaser underwriting, and coordinating fundings with investors, sponsors, and external counsel.
