Job description
Greenprint Capital is seeking an Associate Vice President to join its Tax Credit Transfer team, responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of investment and production tax credits (ITCs and PTCs) across the firm’s renewable energy portfolio.
Location in St. Louis, MO is preferred but not required. The role focuses on pipeline management, drafting and negotiating term sheets and transfer agreements, and coordinating project diligence with sponsors, investors and external counsel.
