Job description
Operation Smile, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President of US Philanthropy to lead a remote US-based fundraising team responsible for Major Gifts, Mid-Level, and Concierge revenue growth.
This role drives revenue targets, builds scalable donor strategies, enhances CRM and reporting discipline, and partners across departments to advance fundraising initiatives. Travel up to 40% is required.
