GIC seeks an AVP, Legal Counsel in New York (with a future move to San Francisco) to identify legal issues in technology investment transactions and provide practical solutions in collaboration with leading law firms.
The ideal candidate has a law degree, 3–5 years as a venture capital lawyer, and strong negotiation and communication skills, with adaptability to a fast-paced, global environment and a mix of in-office and remote work.
