DSP-Full Time

Salary & Benefits:
$5,000 Hiring Bonus ($500 paid after completion of training, $1,000 paid at 3 months, $1,000 at 6 months and $2,500 paid at 1 year)
$1500 Referral Bonus for Current Staff!
Asleep rate 17.65, Awake rate: $20.81 without MAP $21.85 with MAP

Schedule:
Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday-11 PM-7 AM =40 Hours
Essential Job Functions:
* Actively Advocate for individuals served demonstrating the Agencys values and mission in all interactions
* Leveraging your knowledge and interests in the community to empower individuals and enhance their quality of life
* Implement Individual Service Plans
* Assist individuals with Activities of Daily living, including household tasks and chores
* Assist individuals with appointments, including driving the Agencys van
* Present in a respectful and professional manner in all interaction
* Attend all trainings and implement knowledge throughout your work
* Communicate in an effective manner whether orally or written
Qualifications:
* Highschool diploma or GED
* Active and valid drivers license
* Ability to pass background checks
* Ability to lift to 50lbs and sustained periods of sitting or standing
* Ability to assist in a restraint if needed
* Experience in substance abuse or mental health preferred
