Regional Business DeveloperGoldman Sachs Ayco (Ayco) specializes in partnering with Fortune 1000, Forbes 250 and high growth/emerging growth organizations to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforce—leveraging the 50-year heritage of Ayco and the comprehensive resources of Goldman Sachs to meet the evolving needs of their executives and employees. Ayco believes that companies best serve their stakeholders and the greater economy when their employees' financial lives are clear, understood and in their control.Our services benefit organizations by providing time back to their employees, helping them navigate risks and the complexities associated with personal finances, and most importantly educating them on how the best optimize the compensation and benefits programs offered to them by their employer.Our institutional sales team drives professional B2B sales, establishing and growing partnerships with Fortune 1000, Forbes 250, and high growth/emerging growth organizations. This role involves direct C-level engagement, offering our financial planning services as an employment benefit for their executives and employees.As a Regional Business Developer, you will leverage connectivity across the firm for introductions to C-suite decision-makers across corporate America, with the purpose of raising awareness for the value that our services provide to both the company and its executives and employees. You will form meaningful and influential relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and other key stakeholders to advise them on how to successfully design and implement financial planning programs as a key element of their organization's total rewards strategy. As the corporate sponsored financial planning benefits space becomes more crowded, you will position our market-leading offering as the clear choice for organizations that are willing to make a strategic investment in the financial wellbeing of their most critical human capital.The following criteria are required:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 7+ years of B2B/commercial sales experienceDemonstrated track record of selling services and solutions to Fortune 1000, Forbes 250 and high growth/emerging growth organizationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressureAbility to work effectively within cross-functional teams, exchanging ideas, and developing and managing timelinesStrong organization and multitasking skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills – proven ability to influence C-Suite decision makersSelf-motivated with the ability to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environmentCommitment to excellence and a high degree of integrityDetail oriented with strong organization skillsTravel requiredThe following criteria are preferred:Experience in executive compensation, employee benefits, HR, retirement/investment planning, and/or B2B relationship managementExperience operating in executive/c-level services and client interactionsStrong passion and knowledge of personal financial planningAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
