Job description
System One is seeking an AWS Application Production Support Engineer to monitor AWS-hosted applications, respond to production alerts, and triage incidents from Knoxville, TN, Columbia SC, Lafayette LA, or Birmingham AL.
You will investigate failures across AWS services, databases, and scheduled jobs, support RDS and Redshift, run AutoSys, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and coordinate with development and operations teams in a fast-paced 24x7 enterprise environment.
