Job description
Client seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting November 23-December 31 at their Corporate Health Center in Scottsdale, AZ. Provider will see adult patients ages 18+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Patient volume is 12-16 patients per day. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break; Client will consider fewer hours for the right provider. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment; Primary Care experience is preferred as well as Epic EMR experience. Need is to help with coverage for outgoing provider; assignment has possibility to extend.
