Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $35-$45/hour
Pay Type: Hourly plus performance bonuses
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: $90,000+ annually

About Davis Automotive
Davis Automotive is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician in Dallas, TX. This opportunity offers $35-$45 per hour plus performance bonuses with earning potential of $90,000+ annually. The technician will work in an established independent repair environment servicing domestic, Asian, and fleet vehicles. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair a variety of domestic, Asian, and fleet vehicles.
Complete automotive repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric .
Document vehicle conditions, repair findings, and recommendations accurately.
Complete assigned repairs through final quality inspection.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to support efficient workflow and customer service.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
Previous experience in an independent repair shop or dealership.
Ability to perform automotive diagnostics and complete repairs independently.
Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
Strong computer skills; experience with Tekmetric or similar shop management software is preferred.
Fleet repair experience is preferred.
Demonstrated reliability, organization, teamwork, and commitment to quality workmanship.
