Location: Raleigh, NC
Pay Type: Flat rate with guaranteed minimum
Earning Potential: $75,000–$105,000+
Typical Production: 40–50+ flagged hours per week

About the Shop
A high-volume Raleigh automotive shop is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for a production-focused mechanical repair role. This flat-rate opportunity offers $75,000–$105,000+ earning potential with a guaranteed minimum. The shop handles approximately 70–94 vehicles each week and focuses on efficient mechanical repairs and parts replacement.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical repairs and parts replacement
Service braking systems
Complete suspension repairs and wheel alignments
Perform tire and wheel services
Complete fluid services and general maintenance
Inspect and replace hoses and belts
Perform automotive A/C service
Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
At least 3 years of professional automotive technician experience
Strong hands-on mechanical repair background
Full-service automotive repair experience
Ability to perform production-focused work efficiently and consistently
ASE A1–A8 certifications are a plus
North Carolina State Inspection License is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000–$105,000+ earning potential
Flat-rate compensation
Guaranteed minimum of approximately $35/hour
