B-Level Automotive Technician | Earn Up to $77K+ a Year
Location: Bismarck, ND
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30–$37/hour (Based on experience)
Pay Type: Hybrid (Hourly + Production Bonus)
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Earning Potential: Up to $77,000+ annually
Introduction
We are seeking two experienced B-Level Automotive Technicians to join a growing automotive repair team in Bismarck, North Dakota. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians who take pride in quality repairs, enjoy working on a variety of vehicles, and want to be rewarded for productivity. You'll work in a clean, air-conditioned facility with modern equipment, consistent workflow, and a leadership team committed to supporting your success.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and general automotive repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
Complete repairs from diagnosis through final quality inspection.
Perform basic automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric.
Accurately document repair recommendations and completed work.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work efficiently while delivering high-quality repairs and meeting productivity goals.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
Experience completing repairs from diagnosis through completion.
Basic diagnostic experience.
Strong computer skills.
Experience using or the ability to learn digital shop management systems and Digital Vehicle Inspections.
Professional, dependable, and organized with a proven track record of productivity.

Hybrid hourly pay plus production bonuses.
