B2B Sales Executive
TF Partners - Yuma, AZ
Full-Time | Monday-Friday (Flexible Schedule) $75,000-$130,000+ Income Potential | Uncapped Earnings | Residual Income Opportunities
About the Role
TF Partners is a fast-growing, top-producing agency that has experienced double-digit growth for over a decade. We are seeking a driven B2B Sales Executive to join our Yuma team and help local businesses enhance their employee benefit offerings.
In this role, you will work directly with business owners, HR directors, and general managers to provide customized benefit solutions that improve employee satisfaction and support organizational goals. This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales position with strong long-term earning and growth potential.
What You'll Do
Develop and manage B2B relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Present customized employee benefit solutions based on client needs
Use a consultative sales approach to identify goals and recommend solutions
Generate and manage leads using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-up
Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
Contribute to overall agency growth and team success
Who We're Looking For

Comfortable engaging with business leaders and decision-makers
Coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
Interest in building a long-term career in B2B sales
