Job description
BA (MUST have Reinsurance Experience)
Client Name: SCOR
Location: Kansas City Kansas / Charlotte NC
Duration: 10 months
Rate: $65-$75/hr
IMP note: Please do not submit any resume without Reinsurance experience.
Key Skills Required
5-7 years of experience in Life Reinsurance
10+ years experience with Applications development
Strong SQL skills to aid in review and analysis of systems processes
Develop test plans and assist with QA activities
Major Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Work with internal/external users to understand needs and develop plans for meeting those needs
Work with users and technical team to produce scope documents and conceptual design flows
Facilitate and participate in requirements and design sessions with key stakeholders
Lead agile activities during planning, development and testing phases of the projects
Design system screens and reports in collaboration with users and technical resources
Define and document integrated business processes and procedures, recommending streamlined changes where applicable
Identify and research issues, draw conclusions, make recommendations, communicate and summarize issues of significance
Good to Have: Certification (IIBA-certified) in Business Analysis
